…about what works when it comes to using social media for marketing. I make a lot of purchasing decisions based on recommendations. I don’t seek out the facebook page for my favorite soap or look for the Twitter feed for the car I’m thinking of buying. But I do seek out the opinions of my friends and colleagues. Now, there’s a research study out from Gallup that pretty much validates this mode of thinking.
Try as I might, I just don’t feel right about “liking” soap on facebook. Makes me feel dirty….
